I haven&#8217;t decided if it&#8217;s genius or moronic.<\/a>&#8221; I know which way I would vote. Also, Ghandi will kick Santa&#8217;s ass&#8211;he&#8217;s <em>wiry<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>I don&#8217;t have a quote for this one, but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3g-yrjh58ms\">the video<\/a> of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cs.cmu.edu\/~marekm\/projects\/beatbots\/\">beat-detecting robot<\/a> doing it&#8217;s thing kind of speaks for itself.<\/li>\n<li>John McCain: &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.towleroad.com\/2007\/03\/john_mccains_my.html\">Today I announce that I have reversed my position and come out in full support of gay marriage&#8230;particularly marriage between passionate females.<\/a>&#8221; (The headline is erroneous. There was no &#8220;hacking&#8221; here, but there was some seriously intense comedy.)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zap2it.com\/news\/custom\/photogallery\/zap-photogallery-antm8-crimescenevictims,0,698280.photogallery?coll=zap-photogalleries&#038;index=1\">&#8216;America&#8217;s Next Top Model 8&#8217;: Week Four: Crime Scene Victims<\/a>. If that title doesn&#8217;t tell you all you need to know about the kind of world we live in&#8230; And, the whole thing confirms both all my prejudices about the reality TV audience, and about the twisted emotional relationship between models and the industry that uses them.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;8. Well, I&#8217;m convinced now. Someone tell <a href=\"http:\/\/www.secular.org\/news\/pete_stark_070312.html\">Pete Stark<\/a>. If you&#8217;ve ever read DC superhero comics, this will make you laugh. I kind of like living in a world where a band like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ooklathemok.com\/\">Ookla The Mok<\/a> can exist.<\/li>\n<li>Do you ever watch <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbc.com\/30_Rock\/\">30 Rock<\/a>? You should, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alecbaldwin.com\/\">Alec Baldwin<\/a> is apparently a comedy genius. However, in the bizzaro world we live in, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.avclub.com\/content\/hater\/tracy_morgan_the_baby_daddy_tour\">apparently Tracy Morgan is pretty much actually identical to his character Tracy Jordan.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/fraction\/397483304\/in\/set-72157594548006682\/\">Sinner please come upon my body<\/a>&#8220;, from this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/fraction\/sets\/72157594548006682\/\">full photoset<\/a>. I kind of like living in the weird world where this kind of thing can exist, but I prefer to have it far away from me. Unlike say <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crazyhorse.org\/\">Crazy Horse Mountain<\/a>, which both fills me with the good weird, and which I wouldn&#8217;t mind having in my backyard.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/middle_east\/6441461.stm\">Israel has recalled its ambassador to El Salvador after he was found drunk and naked apart from bondage gear.<\/a>&#8221; This makes me think there was a James Bond movie happening behind the scenes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">Yes, this is a link post.
