You should too (at least the Canadians amongst you should.)<\/li>\n<li>I know what an <strong>aglet<\/strong> is. I know what a <strong>ferrule<\/strong> is. I know what a <strong>hemidemisemiquaver<\/strong> is, and what an <strong>octothorpe<\/strong> is. The other 29 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canongate.net\/Lists\/Words\/33NamesOfThingsYouNeverKne\">words on the list<\/a> were new to me. Most interesting is <strong>orbdormition<\/strong>. Most likely to actually be useful is <strong>keeper<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>White Jesus always cracked me up&#8211;I mean what is a white guy doing running around Jerusalem 2000 years ago? <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Parke_Godwin\">Parke Godwin<\/a> did the best riff on this in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Waiting-Galactic-Bus-Parke-Godwin\/dp\/0385246358\">Waiting For The Galactic Bus<\/a>. MSNBC is doing a little (apparently holiday themed) article, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msnbc.msn.com\/id\/16125068\/site\/newsweek\/\">How White Was My Savior?<\/a>, on the history of Jesus representations, and how he ended up looking like a white dude.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rawilson.com\/\">Robert Anton Wilson <\/a>seems to <a href=\"http:\/\/robertantonwilson.blogspot.com\/\">be blogging<\/a>, despite being &#8220;Paralyzed, bed-ridden, high in oath.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.djriko.com\">DJ Riko<\/a> brings the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.djriko.com\/html\/mixmases.htm\">Christmas mixes<\/a> again.
