My pal Ralph is now part of the Coast Guard’s volunteer Search and Rescue team.<\/p>\n

If I were in a boating incident in his territory, he might have to find and rescue me.<\/p>\n

However, since the only reason I would be on a boat in his territory is if I were on his boat, the chances of that don’t seem particularly high.<\/p>\n
