Remember last year when a bunch of SF writers got together<\/a> to prove that PublishAmerica was a vanity publishing operation, not any kind of real publisher? (See more info here<\/a> or here<\/a>.) <\/p>\n

You might remember that I even bought a copy<\/a> of the book<\/a> they submitted–I really tried to read it, but it was so unendurably bad that I couldn’t get through any of the chapters, even though I was enjoying the awfulness.<\/p>\n

Well, apparently The Screenplay Agency is the PublishAmerica of screenplays<\/a>, and a similar humourous vigilante action to prove it has been carried out.<\/p>\n

Oh God, is this funny. It’s like Query Letters I Love<\/a> meets the masterwork of Travis Tea<\/a>.<\/p>\n
