Tom DeLay of Texas, forced to step down as House Republican leader last week after he was indicted on a conspiracy charge, was indicted again Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The new charges, brought by a different grand jury than the one that indicted him last week, is based on the same set of campaign-finance transactions, and directed by the same prosecutor, Travis County (Texas) District Attorney Ronnie Earle, a Democrat.
