It was an inspired bit of combination, resulting in something dramatically different from the student standby of regular old Kraft Dinner, but at only a marginal cost increase&#8211;and a bottle of jerk sauce could be used to make lots of meals.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s probably been 6 or 7 years since I&#8217;ve had that dish, but due to a combination of factors, I intended to make it tonight, only to be unable to locate the PC Jerk Sauce.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/countrystore.tabasco.com\/index_category_more.cfm?tlcatid=2&#038;catid=46&#038;moreid=C370\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chrismclaren.com\/blog\/wp-content\/images\/HLIC\/c0ee879f17103b72251737c52a4f9a11.jpg\" alt=\"Chiptole Tabasco\" class=\"alignright\"\/><\/a>I had my own bit of inspiration though, and instead combined the white cheese mac and cheese with the some of the <a href=\"http:\/\/countrystore.tabasco.com\/index_category_more.cfm?tlcatid=2&#038;catid=46&#038;moreid=C370\">Chipotle Tabasco<\/a>. Genius! (I&#8217;m beginning to think that Chipotle Tabasco <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chrismclaren.com\/blog\/2004\/11\/08\/i-am-a-culinary-genius\/\">improves everything<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>If I were still a student this would certainly become a staple of my diet&#8230; and since I plan on always having some of that Tabasco around the house, I can still use it for a quick &#038; easy meal even as a fully-fledged adult.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">When I lived with MikeDitty, he introduced me to the wonders of &#8220;student gourmet&#8221; by combining PC White Cheddar Mac &#038; Cheese with PC Jerk Sauce.
