My family is away this weekend, visiting more of our extended family. I couldn’t go with them, for a combination of reasons.<\/p>\n
One of the consequences of this is that I am getting to do some things I haven’t done in more than 4 years.<\/p>\n
Yesterday, I woke up at 8AM, rolled over and went back to sleep until 10AM, then stayed in bed reading until after noon. While I love the hell out of my daughter, being able to stay in my own bed and read a book before getting up to face the day is something I apparently enjoy even more than the sleeping in.<\/p>\n
Today I slept until 10, woke up and finished a book I had started last night, and then went back to sleep until just now. It’s 1:46PM. Damn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
