I have been in a very black mood since midday Friday, and this is the last thing I need:<\/p>\n

Since Nova Scotia Power is so incompetentThis is the short version of “behaves as a economically rational actor in a profit-based system which does not assign any intrinsic value to providing an essential public service, where a monopoly is held”. Essential services should not be run by for-profit companies.<\/footnote> this will probably mean that I lose power at some point tomorrow and for some time afterwards.<\/p>\n

Since I’m supposed to be off to Boston on Sunday, this is especially annoying.<\/p>\n
