Recently passed out 6 bottles to friends. They all like it. (the light stuff) There's the light 3 day stuff and the darker, more robust, brewed longer and with more molasses, earthy, similar to a porter looking and tasting brew. Both great. Now, if you use more branch and less spruce tips ye get PINE SOL, VICKS smelly, yucky, Yucky. brew. Oily, stinky, HORRID. The Spruce Oil coagulates, and becomes like Mineral spirits. It is horrible. I love the stuff. Recently passed out 6 bottles to friends. They all like it. (the light stuff)
