Even though I've read very little of Alan's stuff, I'll definitely buy the collection and see how it measures up. I generally buy everything <a href="http://www.lcrw.net/index.htm" rel="nofollow">Small Beer</a> puts out, since I trust the taste of the acquiring editors :). Additionally, I remember meeting and liking Alan at that WFC in Minneapolis, so I'd have bought it even were it from some other publisher.
