Songs Stuck in Your Head

I’ve been walking around all day humming and singing bits from Danny Michel’s alt.country cover of David Bowie’s Young Americans.

Of course, this isn’t such a bad thing–if you have to get a song stuck in your head, it might as well be something good.

Last week it was Ice-T going on about how “my lethal weapon is my mind” which is fine once a day, but got old really fast.

(Oh, and for the record, the king of the hill for head-songs is Nick Cave’s “People Ain’t No Good“, which will drive out anything else.)

    I keep having a conflict of two songs in my head that just aren’t right to be combined. The one tune is “Got The Life” by Korn while the other is “I’m a little teapot”. Man, having a kid messes with your mind ;)
